If you are new to the Helpdesk System, please read the instructions below. Otherwise, click on the CSR Ticket Login button to the right to access the WISD CSR Helpdesk System.
If you are experiencing a technical problem with your computer or printer, and are an employee of the WISD, please alert us by submitting a ticket through the WISD CSR Helpdesk System.
Please go to the CSR Ticket Login and enter your WISD network username and password in the appropriate fields. Then you will be logged into the WISD CSR Helpdesk System.
If you are not an employee of the WISD and have never entered a CSR ticket into our system then you will need to call us to have an account created for you. This account is only good for our CSR Ticket system, and cannot be used to access our network file system. You can contact us at 1-734-994-8100 x1286. We will need the following information: Your full name, your email address, your phone number and your address. We will create the account and let you know your WISD Ticket System username and password. Then you'll be able to log into the system and submit service requests to WISD Technology.
